Parents are also not authorised to permit their children to use our interactive digital services or platforms.<\/p><p><br \/>We will do our best to assess any possible risks for permitted users from third parties when they use any interactive digital services, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.<\/p><p><br \/>We, Lyra International, will determine, in our discretion, whether a Contribution breaches the Content Standards.<\/p><p><br \/>A Contribution must:<\/p><p><br \/>Be accurate (where it states facts).<\/p><p><br \/>Be genuinely held (where it states opinions).<\/p><p><br \/>Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.<\/p><p><br \/>Comply with any additional content guidance or restrictions set out on the specific platform to which you are making a Contribution.<\/p><p><br \/>A Contribution must not:<\/p><p><br \/>Be defamatory of any person.<\/p><p><br \/>Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.<\/p><p><br \/>Bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate.<\/p><p><br \/>Promote sexually explicit material.<\/p><p><br \/>Include child sexual abuse material.<\/p><p><br \/>Promote violence.<\/p><p><br \/>Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.<\/p><p><br \/>Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.<\/p><p><br \/>Be likely to deceive any person.<\/p><p><br \/>Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.<\/p><p><br \/>Promote any illegal content or activity.<\/p><p><br \/>Be in contempt of court.<\/p><p><br \/>Be threatening, abuse or invade another&#8217;s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.<\/p><p><br \/>Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.<\/p><p><br \/>Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.<\/p><p><br \/>Give the impression that the Contribution emanates from Lyra International, if this is not the case.<\/p><p><br \/>Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.<\/p><p><br \/>Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.<\/p><p><br \/>Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites or platforms.<\/p><p><br \/>For the avoidance of doubt, our platforms do not support users uploading any video content:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-ba26e4b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ba26e4b\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column our taking all or any of the following actions:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our platforms.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our platforms.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Issue of a warning to you.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Further legal action against you.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy.
